I forgot to mention this...
Several people have mentioned that Minnesota has some of the worse drivers in the US. I agree. I also know why. Minnesota is the only place I've been to that does not paint white stop lines at intersections. WI, HI, NY, CT, IL, Tokyo, and Kyoto all have those lines. Hmmmm.
